Check in/out times:  Check in after 3 pm and check out by 11 am. If you will be checking in after 8 pm, please advise us so we can make arrangements for a late arrival.

Rates:  Rates are per night, double occupancy. Less $10 single occupancy and add $20 for each additional guest. Rates are subject to change without notice

Reservations: We ask a two night minimum stay on weekend nights (Friday and Saturday) during our high season (May 1 - Oct 31). You may reserve for one night during our quiet season (Nov 1 - Apr 30) OR if you call one week prior and we are not full for that weekend. Please call to inquire about one night stays on weekend nights.

We do not run charges until your arrival, but we do take your credit card number to guarantee your reservation. A 10% discount will be applied per night for each weeknight that is included in a 3 or more nights stay. (This discount does not apply during special events such as the August 2010 PGA).

Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, no charge will be made if the cancellation is more than 14 days prior to arrival. If the cancellation is less than 14 days prior to arrival there will be no charge if we are able to rebook the room. If we are unable to rebook the room your credit card will be charged for the total amount of your stay.

Tax: All rates are subject to 5.5% sales tax. Payment may be made with cash, check, Visa or Mastercard.

Smoking: The Inn, balconies, and grounds are smoke free for our health and safety as well as yours. If you choose not to follow this policy a $50.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card.

Children and Pets: Lake Orchard Farm is an adults only retreat, and we do not accept pets.

Swimming: There is no life guard on duty on our Lake Michigan shoreline. Swim at your own risk.

Farm Tours: We operate a working farm and we would be delighted to give you a guided tour. Guests are prohibited in the barns and farm operating areas except during guided farm tours led by one of our operators (Nate or Warren).
